A 3 Level Underground Parking 6 Storey Building
Scheduled to complete construction in early 2021, this project created 214 apartments and 4000 square feet of main floor retail space on Capital Boulevard, blocks from the legislature building.
Through HomeStretch, David held the position of Director of Project Management for this $37 million project and was responsible for budget, schedule and site supervision.

This project is for TOP SHELF EQUITIES and is a design / build contract for 8 units including a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhomes and one-bedroom suites. Construction started in December 2020 with occupancy planned for August 2021.
