ALBERTA’S FIRST PASSIVE HOUSE CERTIFIED MULTI-FAMILY BUILDING
Built to an incredible environmental standard this project is an example of how gentle density can be added to our city’s mature neighborhoods.
This project won the Edmonton Urban Design Award for Excellence in Housing Innovation. It is a finalist for the Canadian Home Builders National Award for Housing Excellence and the AsTech Best in Sector Award.
A 3 Level Underground Parking 6 Storey Building
Completed in 2021, this project created 214 apartments and 4000 square feet of main floor retail space on Capital Boulevard, blocks from the legislature building.
Through HomeStretch, David held the position of Director of Project Management for this $37 million project and was responsible for budget, schedule and site supervision.
This project is for TOP SHELF EQUITIES and is a design / build contract for 8 units including a mix of two- and three-bedroom townhomes and one-bedroom suites.
This is a $20 million dollar conversion from a mostly empty office building to 177 luxury apartments, complete with entirely new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
The project included a rooftop expansion for an indoor / outdoor rooftop lounge as well as a fitness centre. Completed in 2019, it is Edmonton’s largest office to residential conversion.
